Enjoyment, Culture and Womanpower

Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH's has three English-language discovery tours on offer

Whether you prefer a city walk, a Segway trip or a tour of the city in an open-top, double-decker bus – the Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH invites tourists to get to know Stuttgart from a variety of angles with its four English-language "Discovery Tours 2018".

The "E-bike Enjoyment Tour" is a wonderful tour with Mediterranean flair. The route takes you along the banks of the Neckar, with stops in the vineyards and at broom taverns, making it an experience for all the senses. Another new tour is "Stuttgart to go": during the guided tour of the city centre, with its palaces, museums and fountains, guests can also sample two Swabian specialities.
The STUTTGART Citytour lets you explore the city from the comfortable seat of an open-top, double-decker bus, which operates on the hop-on/hop-off principle. Its nine stopping points allow guests to embark and alight wherever they please. During the trip an entertaining and informative audio drama guide presents episodes from Stuttgart's history. As from spring 2017 there will be an additional new STUTTGART Citytour route to more of Stuttgart's highlights – welcome to the Green Tour. The circular trip, which lasts about an hour, takes in attractions such as the Stuttgart Television Tower.
On the Segway City Centre Tour and the Segway Vineyard Tour you coast along at speed on trendy, electrically-powered personal transporters. Segways react to the driver's movements, allowing you to accelerate, brake or change direction. Palaces, historic squares and the city park on the one tour, or breathtaking views of the vineyards and a wine tasting on the other – these Segway tours of discovery are an unforgettable way to explore the city's highlights.

The brochure "Entdeckungstouren 2018. Rundfahrten und Rundgänge" is obtainable at the "i-Punkt" Tourist Information, Königstraße 1a, or the Tourist Information at Stuttgart Airport, and is valid from January to December 2018.
